Can I track my order?

You can see the current status of all your orders under the Orders tab in your Profile.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed weekly and posted First Class. You will receive an email when we complete your order and that means it's about to go in the post.

I need my Club Membership card now!

Some partners may accept a print out of your membership page, a copy of your invoice or being shown your Profile page on your phone as proof of membership, but that's entirely down to them.

I've just paid for a Club Membership, but I don't seem to be a Club Member on the site.

We wait for an automated poke from PayPal to confirm payment and we'll send you an email to confirm you're now a member. This normally happens within a few minute of making your payment at PayPal. On some rare occasions, we don't seem to get this poke, so we do a weekly check by hand to make sure all members are as expected. If you think you've fallen in to this hole, send us an email and we'll investigate.

I joined Snowboard Club UK, but I'm a member of Action Sports Club.

Action Sports Club is the umbrella club for all our clubs. If you're a member of one, you're a member of them all and enjoy the benefits of them all. Your default club is the one you first registered your user account with and you change your default club at any time in your Profile. We sometimes throw different stickers in with your membership card depending on your default club, but that really is the only difference in terms of membership.

How do I renew my Club Membership?

Your Profile page will tell you whether your membership will renew Automatically or Manually. Automatic renewals use the same method as the original purchase, i.e. PayPal. Manual renewals can only be made once your existing membership has expired. We'll send you an email when your membership expires.

How do I cancel my automatic Club Membership renewal?

You can only cancel an automatic renewal through PayPal from your own PayPal account. Log in to PayPal and go to your Profile (the cog at the top) and click "Payments". Then click on "Pre-approved Payments" and find the payment to "Action Sports Club LTD" and cancel it. PayPal do seem to change this process quite often, but these instructions were correct as of August 2017.

If you cancel the automatic subscription, the renewal method of your Club Membership will change from "Automatic" to "Manual" on your Profile page. Your current membership is not cancelled.

I need a replacement membership card.
